Before you book, take a moment to explore our Terms and Conditions. This guide ensures transparency on bookings, payments, cancellations, and what you can expect from our high-end mobile detailing experience.

1. Services

Carshine offers professional car detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning. The Customer agrees to grant access to the vehicle for the duration of the service. The company is not responsible for any valuables left inside the vehicle.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies for late changes. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Payment

Full payment is due upon service completion. We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments. Cash or checks are not accepted. A deposit may be required for certain services or large bookings.

4. Liability & Damage Policy
  • We exercise utmost care while detailing vehicles. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, including scratches, dents, or mechanical/electrical issues that arise after the service.

  • If any damage is proven to be caused by our team, our liability is limited to a maximum of $1,000.

  • Customers must disclose any known issues or sensitivities (e.g., faulty electronics, loose trims) before service begins.

5. Weather Policy

In adverse weather conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to proceed with the service. If conditions prevent safe detailing, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Water & Electricity Access

If mobile services are requested, we may require access to water and electricity. Customers must inform us in advance if these utilities are unavailable.

7. Vehicle Condition & Expectations
  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, or hazardous materials may incur additional charges or require an upgraded service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for excellence. If a customer is dissatisfied, they must notify us within 24 hours for a possible correction. Refunds are not provided, but a re-service may be offered at our discretion.

9. Communication & Privacy

By booking a service, the Customer consents to receive communications regarding their appointment. Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing without consent.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe work conditions, abusive behavior, or non-compliance with our terms.
